THE PRODUCTION

From the thoroughly detailed design to the finished roll of wallpaper

Wallpaper creation is a quite complex process. To be more precise, not a creation process itself, but the development of design and concept requires a lot of efforts and time. A process of wallpaper production includes a several stages:

Design selection

Our designers attend regularly the specialized exhibitions worldwide, monitor trends and tendencies in the industry of interior design, analyze the competitors’ products and purchase the drafts for further work.

Drafting

Approval of all drafts and concepts by the factory’s art committee.

The approved draft is presented to the designers, who create a final concept.

Engraving

The design shall be submitted to engraver prior to the development of work statement.

The statement of work shall take in consideration an implementation technology and represents a complex of several options, such as, grammage for hot embossing shaft, depth of embossing (for example, availability of base), an expected design assessment by colors, usage of gravure printing shifts in production process to create soft color transitions, composition for pattern, as well as desired textures.

Separation

Alongside with texture plate production for hot embossing shaft, a separation process is launched.
